How can I pay?

Online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer. Booking is only confirmed after 100% prepayment.

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. Early arrival / late departure possible with prior agreement and a fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

Refund policy for cancellations: ≥ 60 days before arrival: 100% refund; 30–59 days: 50% refund; ≤ 29 days: non-refundable. See our Booking Policy for details.

How many guests can stay?

Up to 6 guests – two double beds plus two single rollaway beds.

Can I bring pets?

No, pets are not accepted.

Is there heating and air-conditioning?

Yes: one inverter A/C (cooling + heating) in the attic bedroom, and a fireplace in the living room; firewood is provided.

Is the boat available to use?

A small guest-use rowing boat is available at the property for up to 3 people, subject to availability, weather, safety, and maintenance conditions. Use of the boat is entirely at guests’ own risk. - Life jackets must be worn at all times - Children must remain under constant adult supervision - The boat may only be used during daylight hours and in suitable weather conditions - Boarding and exiting the boat should always be done slowly and carefully - The dock and boat surfaces may be slippery - The boat must be securely tied after each use - Guests are responsible for checking the condition of the boat and equipment before use and must report any issue immediately - Use of the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited Guests are fully financially responsible for any loss, damage, drifting away, excessive dirt, misuse, or negligence involving the boat, paddle, life jackets, dock, or related equipment during their stay. Any repair, replacement, cleaning, recovery, or associated costs may be charged accordingly. The host accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, drowning, loss of belongings, or other incidents related to boat or waterfront use.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes — Wi-Fi is available. It’s suitable for browsing, messaging and light use on a few devices, but it may feel slow for streaming or work calls. Many guests enjoy using their stay as a chance to truly switch off and unwind.

What kitchen equipment is provided?

Fully equipped kitchen: hob, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, Szarvasi coffee maker.

Are bed-linen and towels included?

Yes, fresh linen and towels are supplied for every guest.

Do you provide a baby cot / high chair?

Yes, on request we can supply a baby cot, baby bath and high chair.

Is tap water drinkable?

No; we supply sufficient drinking water on arrival (also suitable for cooking).

Is there a washing machine or dishwasher?

There is no washing machine or dishwasher.

Where is the nearest shop or restaurant?

Békésszentandrás centre is about 5 min by car; Szarvas is 10 min. Both offer grocery stores, bakeries and several restaurants.

Can I fish nearby?

Where can I park?

Free gated parking on the property for up to 3 cars.

Is there an EV charger?

Not on-site, but several public chargers are available in Szarvas (10 km).
