The house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Day visitors are allowed only with prior written approval.
Quiet time: 22:00 – 08:00. Please respect our neighbours and the tranquility of nature. Parties and events are not allowed.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only; please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

Children must be under continuous adult supervision, especially in the house, garden, steep stairs, pier and by the water.
The indoor staircase is very steep; children may use it only with supervision. All guests should take extra care when going up or down.
Firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace; fires may be lit by adults only. Limited charcoal is supplied for the grill / cauldron / disc cooker; bring extra if needed. Never leave a fire unattended or under a child's supervision. Do not burn rubbish; keep flammables well away. Let embers cool completely; dispose of ash only in the metal bucket. A fire extinguisher is on the terrace for emergencies.
Swimming is at your own risk; no jumping. The water is deep and for competent swimmers only. Do not enter the water under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The pier can be slippery; walk slowly and carefully. Children may stay on the shore or pier only under the supervision of an adult who can swim.
Please keep the house tidy; cleaning tools are in the pantry. For stays longer than one week, we provide weekly cleaning and linen-towel change; the schedule is arranged in advance.
We accept no responsibility for personal belongings. Report any damage or irregularity immediately. The guest is liable for the cost of damage and extra cleaning (payment within 7 days).
Up to 3 cars may park inside the property in marked spots. Please lock all doors and pull the gate closed at night and when leaving.
700 HUF per person (18+) per night in 2026. Payable on top of the accommodation price.

Boat use may be limited due to seasonal, weather, safety or maintenance reasons, and availability is not guaranteed in all cases. Use of the boat provided at the property is entirely at the guests’ own risk. - Maximum boat capacity: 3 persons - The boat may only be used by registered guests of the property - Boat usage may be limited or unavailable due to seasonal, weather, safety, or maintenance reasons, and availability is therefore not guaranteed at all times - The boat may only be used during daylight hours and in suitable weather conditions - Use of the boat under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance is strictly prohibited - Life jackets must be worn at all times while using the boat - Children must remain under constant adult supervision while in or near the boat - Boarding and exiting the boat must be done carefully and with extra caution at all times - The dock and boat surfaces may be slippery; please move slowly and carefully - Guests are responsible for checking the condition of the boat, paddle, and safety equipment before use and must immediately report any issue or damage - The boat must be properly and securely tied after each use - The boat must be returned in a clean and tidy condition after use Guests are fully financially responsible for any loss, drifting away, damage, misuse, negligence, or excessive dirt involving the boat, paddle, life jackets, or related equipment during their stay. Repair, replacement, cleaning, recovery, transport, or any related administrative costs may be recharged to the guest accordingly. The host accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, drowning, personal injury, loss of belongings, or any other damage resulting from use of the boat. The host reserves the right to restrict or prohibit boat usage at any time for safety, weather, maintenance, or rule violation reasons.
