House Rules

Check-in from 15:00 Check-out by 10:00.

Early check-in / late check-out can be purchased as extras when booking.

All guests's IDs are scanned into the VIZA system on arrival (Hungarian legal requirement).

The house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.

Day visitors are allowed only with prior written approval.

Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00.

Please respect our neighbours and the peace of nature.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only; please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

Sorry, no pets.

Children must be under continuous adult supervision in the house, garden, steep stairs, pier and by the water.

The indoor staircase is very steep; children may use it only with supervision.

All guests should take extra care when going up or down.

Firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace; fires may be lit by adults only.

Limited charcoal is supplied for the grill / cauldron / disc cooker; bring extra if needed.

Never leave a fire unattended or under a child's supervision.

Do not burn rubbish; keep flammables well away.

Let embers cool completely; dispose of ash only in the metal bucket.

A fire extinguisher is on the terrace for emergencies.

Swimming is at your own risk; no jumping.

The water is deep and for competent swimmers only.

Do not enter the water under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The pier can be slippery; walk slowly and carefully.

Children may stay on the shore or pier only under the supervision of an adult who can swim.

Please keep the house tidy; cleaning tools are in the pantry.

For stays longer than one week, we provide weekly cleaning and linen-towel change; the schedule is arranged in advance.

Waste collection:

• Mixed rubbish: put the bin out early Monday.

• Selective recycling (2025): 11 Aug, 8 Sep, 6 Oct, 3 Nov, 1 & 29 Dec.

We accept no responsibility for personal belongings.

Report any damage or irregularity immediately.

The guest is liable for the cost of damage and extra cleaning (payment within 7 days).

Up to 3 cars may park inside the property in marked spots.

Please lock all doors and pull the gate closed at night and when leaving.

700 HUF per person (18+) per night in 2025.
